I WANNA LEARN HIP HOP DANCE CUZ I FIND IT TOTALLY COOL........BEFOR I SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP I HAV SOM Qs PLS CAN U HELP.........





-- can thin ppl do it?


--are slower and heavier steps better?


--some music vidoes which hav cool hip-hop dance?


--and is it easier than ball dance and stuff?





i hav cheked out couple of youtube hip hop videos and can't wait to begin.............unless i get these answers!

hip hop is so a real dance, ive been doing tap, ballet, jazz, and ballroom since i was little and just started hip hop and i had a hard tim in the beginning


yes of course thin people can do it, one of the best hip hop dancers tweety is extremely thin.


slow heavy steps can be good with the right song, like pop lock and drop it by huey


but with other songs that are fast like pass that dutch by missy elliot, you can do quicker step you just have to stay really low

thats some pretty hard core hip hop which i perfer to "mtv" hip hop

Reply:Anyone can dance, obviously some better than others, it varies depending on your weight, height, muscle build and natural ability to pick up technique, give it a shot you have nothing to lose. Might want to check out this dance page.

When I was a child, if any adult say a person doing anything similar to hip hop - they would be committed to a crazy house and under total medication; it looks like the people are having fits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


If you wish to become a 'true' dancer - then go ballroom.
