Hip hop dances?

Last time i checked , the only hip hop dance is Break dancing (Im a B-boy)





How is booty shaking, walk it out,shoulder lean,snaping,and cranking a hip hop dance?





Four elements of hip hop = MC's,Dj's,Break dancers, Graffiti Artist ....Not Singers, Hoes, Pimps, Drug dealers, Hustlers,and Guns

Exactly: hip hop dancing= Break dancing...
Reply:well because these dances are done to hip hop music or rap music and also other music from the hood done by blacks in the inner city.


i know you are a b-boy, but all of these dances are from black people that only know rap music. Unfortunately hip hop is not the same as it was long ago.


Also since you are a b-boy you would know that not only break dancing is a hip hop dancing.

Reply:Well maybe things evolve over time. Rock and Roll is originally a black art form ( i.e. jazz, blues). But people ridicule any black person who picks up a guitar(with the intent of making a rock song). Yes those were the original elements of hip hop. But things change. All we can do is remember the good ol' days.

Not sure if people are understanding the true essence of Hip-Hop and its culture. I understand that it has crossed over to be commercial, that is the only way they will be able to sell out big venues and make that loot. But in my eyes, if you are true to Hip-Hop you don't have to sell out. Grant it 50cent will sell out big Ooooo venues vs Common....but who is the best lyrics out of them 2. I don't think I need to answer that question. I myself use to be a b-girl when I was in high school so I feel you on this weak *** dance moves/songs.





Last words: The ones who set out "rap" songs about dancing (notice I didn't say hip-hop), can't make a lyric even if it was spit at them. They should be called Hip Pop!
